In this artisanal technique, gold and silver are melted until they are reduced to a thread as fine as a hair and molded into beautiful pieces of jewelry. Made by hand, one hundred percent, this laborious process can take days depending on the complexity and detail of each piece. Some are so unique that they remind us of Colonel Aureliano Buendía originating his "little fish" of gold in Macondo de García Márquez.
